Can't access your account? Here's how to resolve common login issues.

Forgot Password

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your inbox for reset link
  • Create a new password

    • Not Receiving Emails

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Add our support email to contacts
  • Try a different email if possible
  • Contact support for manual verification

    • Google Sign-In Issues

  • Clear browser cookies
  • Sign out of Google accounts
  • Try incognito/private mode
  • Use email/password as alternative

    • Account Locked

    If your account is locked:

  • Wait 30 minutes and try again
  • Contact support for immediate unlock
  • Provide account verification details

    • Two Accounts

    If you accidentally created two accounts:

  • Contact support
  • Specify which account to keep
  • We'll merge your data if possible
